5. Nutrition Strategies
Fiber, fiber, and more fiber. Eating fibers make you feel fuller sooner and fiber stays in your stomach longer, which slows down the rate of digestion. If you have a single serving of wholegrain bread, you will move fat through the digestive system more quickly.
To the greatest extent possible, avoid fried foods - quite simply, they contain large amounts of fat. Also note that white meats such as fish and chicken, which seem leaner than beef, may actually contain more fat than fried beef!
